This comprehensive online course breaks down the Ashtanga half-primary series each day through easy-to-follow pose tutorials. At the end of each week, you’ll take what you’ve learned and put it into practice. The course ends with a challenging half-primary series class that puts everything you’ve learned together.

This monthly session is for those who would like to be guided and cued through their practice and given live feedback. Modifications, helpful cues, and support will be offered. 

Connect & Cure

Weekly class to connect with the community, breakdown poses, dive into philosophy, and get questions answered. A space to share your struggles with maintaining a home practice.  

Self Practice Circles

Weekly Class without guidance.  Come as you are, follow the recorded classes and we're here to support and hold space for your practice. A way to be held accountable while practicing at home.
